STATE HIV TESTING LAWS - 2012 (updated)

"Each state’s HIV testing laws are unique and many have been (or are being) revised since the September 2006 release of the CDC’s HIV testing guidelines. This Compendium, updated for 2012, is designed to help clinicians understand HIV testing laws and to implement sound HIV testing policies... The Compendium is an ongoing student research project of the National HIV/AIDS Clinicians’ Consultation Center (NCCC) at UCSF/SFGH."
