Published by the Center for Community Solutions in February 2002, this chart shows the all-cause cancer death rates per 100,000 population for the Cleveland neighborhoods (also called Statistical Planning Areas.) These rates were averaged over the 5 years of data collected. Rates per 100,000 allow for comparison to state and national rates.
