This table presents the US Census population estimates for Cleveland and Cuyahoga County for 2000 and 2007 from the US Census Bureau Population Estimates Program. Cleveland neighborhood (statistical planning areas) population for 2000 are provided by NEOCANDO (Case Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development) with the 2007 estimates provided by the Cleveland Department of Public Health using a linear interpolation method (i.e. equal change in population across all Cleveland and neighborhoods.)
