This report details the increase in primary, secondary and early latent syphilis reported in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County from July 2007 to November 2008. The report was compiled by the Cleveland Department of Public Health in cooperation with officials from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health and Ohio Department of Health. Released March 3, 2009
