Flu Shot Clinics provided by Cleveland Department of Public Health
Even if you are healthy, you will need a flu shot and/or pneumonia shot to protect youself and your family from getting sick.
The Cleveland Department of Health provides flu shots to Cleveland citizens.
Flu shots are free to those people who live in Cleveland AND
- are between 6 months and 18 years old
- are 50 years or older
- have a long-term illness (high blood pressure, liver diease, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, asthma, pregnancy, cancer or a weakened immune system.)
- live with or take care of someone who is
- 0 to 5 years old,
- 50 years or older,
- OR has a long-term illness
