How to find information on LocalHealth

The menu bar at left provides 3 ways to navigate the LocalHealth database.
The browsing tabs at left cascade to show you the folder location of the current item. The folders are 'smart folders' which list various types of LocalHealth content according to a topic of particular interest.
Keywords comprise the master list of topics currently in use by the LocalHealth database. If you click a keyword it lists various types of LocalHealth contents bearing that keyword.
Search returns items with matching text in the title or description.
