1-800-QUIT-NOW (or 1-800-784-8669) The Ohio Tobacco QUIT LINE, 800-QUIT-NOW, is Ohio’s FREE telephone cessation service for Ohioans ready to end tobacco addition. It is a program provided by the Ohio Department of Health. Available free of charge to all Ohio health care providers and all Ohio residents, the Ohio Tobacco QUIT LINE provides individualized tobacco-quitting guidance from trained, experienced cessation specialists. Several employers and health insurance providers also partner with the Ohio Department of Health to cover nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) to eligible callers to the Ohio QUIT LINE.
