Living with Diabetes (viviendo con azucar) - Free Health Fair on Diabetes

The Cleveland Hispanic Health Committee and many local agencies are presenting "Viviendo con azucar" - Living with sugar on the difficulties and solutions in living with diabetes. Health professionals throughout Cleveland will be there to discuss and help residents to understand how food, medications, checking blood sugars and exercise work together to keep diabetes under control. Dr Roberto Lebron, a doctor from Puerto Rico, is the keynote speaker. Free diabetic supplies and other gifts will be distributed. Other topics are children’s activities, healthy snacks, community groups. No need to register. This health fair is free to the public.
